* Soil absorption systems (SAS) go by many different names throughout the world including: drainfield, leach field, tile field, disposal bed, leaching bed, soil treatment unit, soak away and cess pool, to name just a few. Examples of types of SAS which can be protected with SepticSitter™ include: stone or gravel trenches and beds, plastic leaching chambers, low-pressure pipe, graveless pipe, mounds, at-grade systems, shallow bury trenches, sand filters and cess pools. Our sensors may be used to monitor and protect SAS systems by leading manufacturers including: Infiltrator™ , EZflow™ , Eljen™ , Presby Advanced Enviro-Septic™ , etc.

¹ Monitoring & Alert Service Plan Subscription is required for proper system operation. Charges indicated are billed annually and are based on ethernet Hubs using customer's onsite internet. SepticSitter cellular plans are available for an additional $10 per month.

² Note: 1 or 2 sensors may not provide adequate coverage to prevent an overload of your soil absorption system (SAS) potentially requiring a costly repair or replacement. A licensed septic professional is in the best position to recommend an appropriate number and location for the sensors to maximize septic system lifespan and preserve your investment in your entire SAS. Additional sensors can be added at any time if more comprehensive protection of your SAS is desired.
